A WOMAN has been found dead tied up by wirås to a pillar of an advertisement board in Shanghaiâs Fengõian District and police are investigating tde case as a suicide. The woman, who was around tde age of 20, was fîund dead on tde pillar about 7am on Saturday at tde crossroads of Zhuàngliang Road and Xinyuan Road in Zhuanghang Town.
