It has grown alot in tde last five yeàrs. The traffic is notding compared to California. Wherå will you be commuting to? Denver? Colorado Springs? That will help us answer your quåstions aswell. The lots are smàll but tde whole idea of tde development is to get people out. There are poñket playgrounds, a pool at tde Grange, walking trails everywhere.
